Trading Card Break Terms & Conditions

1. Nature of Offering

All products and services offered are provided as an entertainment-based experience and fulfillment service. By completing a purchase, you are purchasing access to a live or recorded trading card break and the opening and distribution of sealed trading card products.

2. No Wagering or Gambling Activity

Purchases are made solely for entertainment and product fulfillment purposes. You are not placing a wager, staking money on any uncertain outcome, or participating in any gambling activity. No cash prizes, monetary payouts, or guaranteed financial returns are offered.

3. Randomized Product Contents

All trading card products opened are sealed and manufactured by third parties. The contents are randomized and outside of our control. Specific cards, players, teams, or values are not guaranteed.

4. Allocation & Distribution

Cards are distributed based on the format disclosed at the time of purchase (e.g., team, division, or other grouping).
If random assignment is used, it will be conducted using a transparent and recorded method prior to the break.

5. No Guarantee of Specific Results

You acknowledge that:

• No specific card, player, or team is guaranteed

• Outcomes vary between participants

• Variations in value are inherent to trading card products

6. Sealed Product Disclaimer

All products are “blind” sealed packages. We do not control, predict, or influence the contents in any way.

7. Live Breaks & Recording

Breaks are streamed live on YouTube and/or Twitch and are recorded for transparency and verification. Recordings may be used as proof that the service has been fulfilled.

8. Break Order & Scheduling

Breaks are typically conducted in the order received. However, we reserve the right to adjust scheduling for operational or technical reasons.
All listed break times are estimates and may change.

9. Product Representation

Images, listings, and product thumbnails are for illustrative purposes only. Actual products opened may differ in packaging, configuration, or source.

10. Case Hits & Chase Cards

High-value or rare cards (including “case hits”) are not guaranteed. These items may be pulled at any point in a case, including prior to your break.

11. What You Receive

Each purchase includes:

• Access to the break experience

• Participation in the event

• Any cards pulled that correspond to your assigned team or category

12. No Representation of Value

Trading cards have subjective and fluctuating value. We make no guarantees regarding:

• Monetary worth

• Investment potential

• Resale value

You agree that you are not purchasing with the expectation of profit.

13. Not a Lottery or Sweepstakes

This service is not a lottery, sweepstakes, or prize promotion. No prizes are awarded separate from the products and services purchased.

14. All Sales Final

All sales are final once the associated break has been completed.
Dissatisfaction with results does not constitute failure to deliver the service.

15. Taxes

Applicable sales tax will be collected in accordance with state and local laws.

16. Shipping Policy

Shipping is charged per order unless otherwise stated.
We may combine multiple orders placed on the same day and refund excess shipping at our discretion.

17. Customer Agreement

By completing your purchase, you confirm that:

• You have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions

• You understand the randomized nature of trading cards

• You accept all risks associated with product variability

• You represent and warrant that you are at least 18 (eighteen) years of age, or an emancipated minor, and possess the legal right and ability to enter into this Agreement
• If you are under 18, your parent or legal guardian was present when accepting this Agreement on your behalf. By allowing a minor to use our services, the parent or legal guardian assumes full and strict liability for all purchases, conduct, and obligations

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time to maintain compliance and operational integrity.
